How to Play Popdarts
To start, use rock-paper-scissors to determine who goes first. The winner chooses the first Target Marker location and their team's Popdart color.
Each player has 3 Popdarts of a distinct color. The objective is to land your Popdarts on or closest to the Wigglenobber Target Marker.
After the first player sets the Target Marker and calls the round parameters (e.g. "throw standing from behind the couch"), players take turns throwing their Popdarts.
Scoring is based on "Cancellation Scoring" - the points of one player cancel out the points of their opponent. Landing on the Wigglenobber is worth 10 points, the closest Popdart is 3 points, and each other stuck Popdart is 1 point. A "Wigglenobber" (a Popdart landing on another) doubles the value.
The player who scored in the previous round starts the next one by selecting a new Target Marker location. Games are played to 21 points, with the first to reach 21 declared the winner.
